These works are derived from what is left over after old paintings on board are sanded down and recycled as new surfaces. I enjoy the process of finding images from what’s left there and transforming them into something new. I incorporate collage from bits and pieces of found surfaces and images and meanings start evolving as images develop.

These works are a “toy story” of characters in a bizarre narrative of some kind. They are strangely undefined as they travel through some kind of playful and dangerous journey. I do not wish to become grounded and definitive with these but rather keep them fresh, floating and alive as I further develop the series.
