Mixed Media Figure and Portrait Drawings

These drawings are taken from the live model. I strive for free movement and expression in line and textural elements. I look for the sitters character and try to bring that out as a primary feature of the works. I’m also very interested in the face and what it can say about my subjects lived experience.
